The Cavallina Valley preserves an uncontaminated natural
environment. The tourist who reaches the Cavallina Valley
discovers that the strong human presence leaves space to sweet
and intimate landscapes, to countries rich in history,
surrounded from gardens, churches and castles plunged into a
luxuriant and various nature, strongly defended by local and
city administrators.
The purest appearances of the nature, from the hot springs to
the flowers, from the sweet walks to the naturalistic oases,
from the calm of the lake to the magic of breathtaking
panoramas, these and other treasures are still contained in few
kilometers.
The water - both in the form of hot spring both in suggestive
lake basins – the lake of Endine and that one of Gaiano, is the
natural element that characterizes the valley. And again, the
Valley of Luzzana water and the two naturalistic oases: the Cold
Valley, unique biotype whose current allow -
at a height of 340 meters - the presence of alpine vegetable
species and the WWF oasis of the Valpredina that at the contrary
preserves a vegetation typical of the Mediterranean belt.
