The
pyramids of earth, created by erosion, are the result of a rare
natural phenomenon of which there are not many in the world. The
valley of the pyramids is to be reached, from Marone, through an
uphill road with many curves. After the church San Giorgio
in Clislano, one has to follow a path of approx. 1 chilometre,
that finishes on two small squares with benches excellent for a
short break and a chance to admire the incomparable scenery of
the pyramids of earth, the “Piramidi di Terra”.
